I am just writing to say how pleased I am with the new fire.  Your advice about which type of fire to buy was most helpful.  However, when your fitter arrived to install the fire there were problems with the grate and surround which no-one could have foreseen. This could have caused a real problem but with the helpfulness and professionalism of both yourself and the fitter it was quickly resolved, even to the extent of you personally delivering a new surround.

I could not have received better service, and I would recommend you to anyone.  It was a pleasure to deal with you and I thank you once again for all your help.
